This award highlights and rewards companies that stand out for their performance and healthy business activities.

To achieve this distinction, companies must meet strict criteria, such as being among the top 500 companies or 200 groups with the highest profitability (EBITDA) for 2023, ranking among the 500 companies or 150 groups with the largest workforce, having increased their workforce from 2022 to 2023, ranking among the top in their sector based on turnover, and being evaluated with a high ICAP CRIF CreditScore.
