Financial Calendar of Year 2024

In the context of providing correct, valid and timely information to investors, and in accordance with the articles 4.1.2 (par. 1, sect. b) and 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, as it is in effect today (hereinafter “the Regulation”), the Company “THRACE PLASTICS Co S.A.” (hereinafter “Company”) announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2024:

•             Announcement of the Annual Financial Statements (Parent and Consolidated) of the fiscal year 2023 (1.1.2023 – 31.12.2023): Tuesday, 23 April 2024 (Before the opening of Athens Exchange trading session).

The above financial statements, the Annual Financial Report of fiscal year 2023 and as well as the respective Press Release will be available at the same time on the Company’s website www.thracegroup.gr as well as on the website of the Athens Exchange www.athexgroup.gr.

•          Annual Analysts Conference Call, in accordance with the article 4.1.3.15.2 of the Regulation, about the Group’s financial results for the fiscal year 2023 via teleconference: Friday, 26 April, 2024. The details of the above teleconference, including that exact time, will be communicated via a new announcement.

•          Date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Wednesday, 29 May 2024.

•          Ex-Dividend Date for the Dividend of fiscal Year 2023: Monday, 3 June 2024.

•          Record Date for the Dividend of fiscal Year 2023, Tuesday, 4 June 2024.

•          Payment Date for the Dividend of fiscal Year 2023, with the payment being made through a banking institution: Friday, 7 June 2024.

The above-mentioned dates regarding the distribution and payment of the dividend are subject to the approval of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

More specific details regarding the above will be given with new announcement of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to change the abovementioned dates or/and the content of the financial calendar, provided that it timely informs the investor community via the amendment of the present release, according to the Regulation.
