Financial Calendar of Year 2022

In the context of providing correct, valid and timely information to investors, and in accordance with the articles 4.1.2 (par. 1, sect. b) and 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook, as it is in effect today (hereinafter “the Regulation”), the Company “THRACE PLASTICS Co S.A.” (hereinafter “Company”) announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2022:

• Announcement and release date of the Annual Financial Statements of the fiscal year 2021 (1.1.2021 – 31.12.2021): Thursday, 14 April 2022 (after the closing of Athens Exchange trading session).

The above financial statements, as well as the respective Press Release will be available at the same time on the Company’s website www.thracegroup.com as well as on the website of the Athens Exchange www.athexgroup.gr.

• Annual Analysts Conference Call, in accordance with the article 4.1.3.15.2 of the Regulation, about the Group’s financial results for the fiscal year 2021 via teleconference: Tuesday, 3 May, 2022. The details of the above teleconference will be communicated via a new announcement.
• Date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Wednesday, 25 May 2022.
• Ex-Dividend Date for the Dividend of Year 2021: Monday, 30 May 2022.
• Record Date for the Dividend of Year 2021, Tuesday, 31 May 2022.
• Payment Date for the Dividend of Year 2021, with the payment being made through a banking institution: Friday, 3 June 2022.

More specific details regarding the above will be given with new announcement of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to change the abovementioned dates or/and the content of the financial calendar, provided that it timely informs the investor community via the amendment of the present release, according to the Regulation.
