Growth of textile industry shown at the international fair Τechtextil

The Leading International Trade Fair for Technical Textiles, Τechtextil, took place from 9th to 12th May, at Frankfurt Fair and Exhibition Centre. More than 47.500 people from 114 different countries visited Τechtextil, 14% more visitors than 2015, to discover the state of the art products and technologies in the field of technical textiles. The fair hosted 1.789 exhibitors who showcased their innovative products and shared ideas among themselves.

The positive mood and the dynamic interaction between the exhibitors and the participants highlighted the course of growth of the industry. Τhe successful outcome of Techtextil was also underscored by the outstanding rates of the visitor poll which established that 96% of the visitors were very pleased with the results of their visit to the fair.
