Nonwoven extrusion coated spunbond fabric, made out of polypropylene spunbond and polyolefin coating. Thrace Group Vapour Control Layers are thermal bonded, non toxic materials that come in a wide variety of colours. They are UV treated & therostabilized for long term exposure to sunlight and may have added resistance to flame if necessary.

USES & FUNCTIONS

Thrace Group Vapour Control Layers reduce water vapour transfer through a building element and minimise convective heat losses. They are sometimes required on the warm side of the insulation to reduce the risk of interstitial condensation within the construction element.
