Thrace Group Triumphs at the Health & Safety Awards 2024


Once again, Thrace Group has been recognized with multiple distinctions at the Health & Safety Awards, the only awards in Greece that reward efforts to create and maintain safe and healthy workplaces.

The award ceremony took place on Thursday, June 6th at 20:00, at the InterContinental Athenaeum Athens. Fully adopting our Group's Safety moto "Safety first" we undertook a series of significant infrastructure upgrades and modernization projects in 2023 aimed at improving the health and safety of our employees.

The awards received by the Group's companies are as follows:

    • Topic: Modernization of Thrace Plastics Pack facilities with a focus on the Health and Safety of employees.
    • Award: Gold

    • Category: Firefighting Equipment
    • Topic: Implementation of a fire detection and automatic extinguishing system with CO2 bottles on a printing machine.
    • Award: Gold
       
  3. Thrace NG
    • Category: Firefighting Applications
    • Topic: Installation of advanced detection and extinguishing systems & an online environment for remote control and central system integration.
    • Award: Silver
       
  4. Thrace NG
    • Category: Health & Safety Project
    • Topic: Risk Assessment at Work.
    • Award: Bronze
